COLLABORATIVE DESIGN HELP
FABRICATION CAPABILITIES
Precision Metal Fab has decades of experience serving a wide variety of industries throughout North America. From engineering and design assistance to prototyping and all the way through production, you can count on us to achieve your goals.
We are happy to assist you in the design process in any way we can. Our experienced team of engineers can help you reduce manufacturing costs and optimize your design for production. We have a wide variety of computer-aided design tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD, and we can accept nearly any CAD file thrown our way. Let Precision help you get ahead start on the competition with our superior design-for-manufacturing philosophy.
REVERSE ENGINEERING
We also have the ability to reverse engineer your part and make accurate measurements using our Coordinate Measuring System complete with reverse engineering software and our Starret optical comparator. From this data we can create detailed part drawings and CAD models for the part.

METAL STAMPING

When it comes to stamping, Precision offers the advantage of a full service tool and die repair shop to compliment its diverse range of presses. This means less down time for you when a tool needs maintenance. As a result of this advantageous combination, our yearly stamping capacity has continued to grow throughout the years and now exceeds well over 2 million parts. This growth is even more so evident with our latest addition of 4 new stamping presses in 2020. With our largest press capable of applying up to 300 tons, we are more than able to meet your needs.
FIBER LASER CUTTING
At Precision, we know the importance of having quality, efficient laser cutting systems, and this shows in our continuous investment into the technology. Our state-of-the-art fiber-optic lasers (up to 15kW) allow us to remain competitive with any manufacturing company in the country. With them, we're able to cut up to an inch thick mild steel, 1.18" stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and more. Additionally, each laser is equipped with auto-loading technology for efficient, "lights-out" cutting capabilities.

HIGH PRECISION CNC MACHINING
Our wide range of CNC milling machines gives us flexibility to machine both large and small parts, and with continuous investment in our machining equipment, Precision has always maintained a competitive edge over other machine shops. We offer 3-axis CNC cutting with our largest table measuring 48" x 40" x 30", however, our biggest asset is the industry knowledge and experience possessed by our expert machinists.

WELDING
Our experienced welders are capable of all types of welding including heli-arc, short-arc, and spray-arc. We can work with stainless, aluminum, and more, and are flexible to work with you on your welding needs. Our wide range of fabrication capabilities allows us to quickly build weld fixtures with the same precision and care we give to our finished goods.
MORE FABRICATION CAPABILITIES
Precision Metal Fab offers a full array of fabrication capabilities to get your part all the way from design to finished product. This includes plasma pipe cutting, sanding, press brake forming, PEM insertion, assembly, packaging, and more. We work closely with our customers to ensure parts ship and arrive as expected and with customer convenience in mind.

TOOL & DIE BUILDING
Decades of experience in tool and die building set Precision apart from its competitors. Since our founding in 1978, we have continued to evolve with the industry and its constant improvements with technology. Today, our valuable experience is complimented by a modern machine shop that allows us to remain competitive with any tool and die builder in the country. With our own stamping presses, we can expedite the fine-tuning process to give customers fast lead times.
TOOL & DIE REPAIR
Even the most well built dies require maintenance and repair over the course of their life cycle. As metal stampers ourselves, we know the importance of maintaining dies in order to prevent unexpected losses in production due to die issues. One distinct advantage we have at Precision is our full service tool and die repair shop just steps away from our production lines. Having the capability and know-how to maintain and repair stamping dies allows for shorter down times and lower repair costs.

WAREHOUSE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
We are also capable of keeping stock items for our customers for regularly ordered parts. This gives more flexibility to customers and allows parts to ship immediately upon order. Our team will work closely with you to establish appropriate min/max stock quantities for optimum supply chain reliability while keeping costs as low as possible.
